The new Ohio Society Edvantage Card and Coupons offer you flexible, convenient, money-saving options for meeting your CPE needs through OSCPA conferences, seminars and webinars in the 2009-2010 program season (which ends April 30, 2010). Features and benefits of the Edvantage Card include:
Savings
This nontransferable* card lets you attend all the live Society-sponsored programs you want during the 2009-2010 program season for a one-time fee of $1,299. Save $300 when you attend at least six eight-hour programs. Attend more, save more!
Convenience
A one-time purchase saves you from a lot of time and paperwork. Plus, you can register for up to seven programs at one time.
Flexibility
Attend as few or as many quality programs during the year that you want or need – from one-hour events to 16-hour conferences.
Exclusively for members
The cards are for purchase and use by OSCPA members only.
Other fees
The following fees apply in addition to the initial program pricing:
- $50 late fee for registrations that are made within 14 days of the event
- $50 cancellation fee if a registration is cancelled within 14 days of the event
- $50 fee for individual no-show
Refundable/nonrefundable
Purchase of the Edvantage Card is nonrefundable.
Expiration date
The Edvantage Card expires April 30, 2010, the end of the 2009-10 program season.

The Edvantage Coupons offer a savings advantage both organizations and individuals can tailor to their needs. You can save hundreds or save thousands, depending on the size and type of training program you’re managing.

A one-time purchase saves you a lot of time and paperwork. Plus, your training budget becomes a lot more manageable.
Flexibility
One coupon pays for a CPE program of eight hours or less; two pay for a two-day, 16-hour program. Coupons are also fully transferable to other OSCPA members. Different staff members could use them as needed to attend a conference, seminar or webcast.

Please note: Some exceptions and exclusions apply regarding Society CPE programs.
*The one exception to the nontransferable policy is a one-time transfer of an employer-paid card from a departing employee to a current employee. The Edvantage card becomes worth 40 CPE credits at the time of transfer.
