The Ohio Department of Taxation reminds all taxpayers of sales and use tax, that the deadline for filing the monthly returns are due the 23rd of each month for the previous monthly filing period. Please note that if the due date of the 23rd falls on a weekend or holiday, the return is due the next business day.
This return must be filed electronically using either the Ohio Business Gateway or TeleFile.
